Riverside Apartments, a 31-unit complex on Dock Street, sold in May for $2.418 million, according to property tax records. The sale included a Main Street commercial space of about 1,000 square feet that houses Main Street Spirits.

Wheatena properties go for $4.7 million
The developer of the former Wheatena property on Elizabeth Avenue paid $4.7 million for the collection of parcels where 489 rental units are planned, according to property transaction records.
Wheatena demolition coming soon
Demolition of the former Wheatena and Quinn & Boden buildings on Elizabeth Avenue is expected to begin in the next week or two and should last nearly three months.
208 units approved for Main & Monroe
A two-building complex that’s expected to physically transform the center of downtown received unanimous preliminary and final site plan approval from the Planning Board earlier this year. Main & Monroe plans to extend Monroe Street, cutting Lot B and creating a new public street downtown.
