Redevelopment officials have met with Capodagli on a number of items regarding Meridia Water's Edge and Meridia Chateau in recent months, according to minutes of the April 4 Redevelopment Agency meeting, when Redevelopment Director and City Administrator Peter Pelissier informed commissioners of the name change.
Some changes were made to the parking arrangement at Meridia Water's Edge out of those meetings, the details I'll post about once I get more. No word yet on whether the proposal by Capodagli will be tweaked as the city's analysis suggested the density of the project is too high -- countering with 92 units -- and lacks a retail component.
