Well, check this out: A study by the National Trust for Historic Preservation claims that retrofitting an exiting building to make it 30 percent more efficient will "essentially always remain a better bet for the environment than a new building built tomorrow with the same efficiencies," according to The Atlantic.

Not to smart to build in a flood zone it's like the black box theater, it's only TAX PAYERS DOLLER'S.
Any idea of how much these units are going for? Is this more of an auction, where buyers will be bidding on the units, or is there a pre-determined selling price?
I've been meaning to visit these homes but I don't have the time. Are they still available?
